Here at The JumpShotBrand, each product is made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of our custom design apparel, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, misprinted, or we shipped the incorrect product.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at thejumpshotbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

Eligible Issues for Return or Replacement

  • You received the incorrect size or design

  • The product is misprinted

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We may ask for clear photos of the item and packaging to process your request.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or an error was made on our end. If your return is approved due to a qualifying issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size orders placed by mistake, so please check our size guide carefully before purchasing

  • Any claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for return
