Shipping Rates

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The JumpShot Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
