We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 7 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.

How Long Is The Shipping Time?
Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States: 7 – 15 Business days Average transit times to International: 15 – 19 Business days Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

JumpShot Academy is led by a veteran basketball coach and trainer who has won on the court and off the court. With over 13 years of coaching experience, he has helped lead teams to 4 Elite Eight appearances, 4 Sweet Sixteen finishes, and 5 Region Championships. Our approach blends basketball fundamentals with real-life mentorship and motivational messaging. This isn't just about hoops; it's about developing winners in the game and in life.
What is included in the training session?
Although The JumpShot Academy is centered around perfecting the jump shot, we also focus on developing complete, well-rounded players. Our training covers shooting mechanics, footwork, ball handling, finishing, defense, and basketball IQ.
Each session includes:-
-Targeted drills that break down technique and build muscle memory
- Live workout flows to improve game speed and repetition
- QR code access to video demonstrations (coming soon)
- Mental focus tips to improve confidence and consistency
- Goal tracking sheets to monitor progress
- Motivational quotes to reinforce purpose, resilience, and mind
Whether you're training solo or with a coach, every session is designed to help you train with purpose, compete with confidence, and grow as a player on and off the court.
What are the session times?
As of now, sessions are held every Saturday at Destiny Fitness of Eastman. The available time slots are:
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
- 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM
The first two sessions are group-based and designed for various skill levels. The final session from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM is an Elite Advanced session offered on a first come, first served basis. Please call Destiny Fitness of Eastman for details or use the contact form on my page. We will get back with you as soon as possible. Each session is structured to challenge and develop athletes in a focused, high-energy environment. Only 10 athletes are allowed per session to ensure personalized attention and quality instruction.
Where are you located?
We are based at Destiny Fitness of Eastman, Georgia. Our training sessions take place at 842 College St., Eastman, GA 31023. Destiny Fitness of Eastman provides The JumpShot Academy with a half-court setting to train and educate athletes, powered by Destiny Fitness. If you're outside our region, you can still access our digital products. These training tools and resources are coming soon and will be available through our website.
How can I sign up or get started?
We are currently not offering digital training packages, but they are coming soon and will be available through our website. If you're in Georgia and able to make the trip, you can also sign up in person or call Destiny Fitness of Eastman for details. Local athletes are encouraged to sign up through the contact form, come in person, or call 478-559-1056.
How does sizing work?
We use premium athletic-fit shirts known for their superior comfort, softness, and long-lasting quality. These shirts offer a modern, slightly fitted look and are ideal for both performance and lifestyle wear. While we do not currently provide a size chart, our shirts typically run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up. Most shirts are unisex unless otherwise stated. Youth sizes are available for most designs. If you're unsure about fit, feel free to contact us before ordering. Please do not contact Destiny Fitness for apparel-related questions. You can use the contact form on our page and your message will be answered as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
All sales are final because each shirt is made to order. However, we do offer limited exchanges in certain cases.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges for size are not guaranteed and must be approved first.
If your item arrives damaged or with a print issue, please contact us through the website within 7 days. We will review the issue and send a replacement if needed.
